This role is ideal for a driven, self-motivated individual with a proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and managing client relationships in the commercial/industrial contracting space.

- Prospect and develop new business opportunities in industrial and commercial sectors.
- Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate job scope and client needs.
- Prepare detailed project estimates, proposals, and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, general contractors, facility managers, and property owners.
- Collaborate with project managers and estimators to ensure accurate bids and seamless project handoffs.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Track all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in industrial or commercial painting, coatings, or construction services.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Strong knowledge of paint systems, surface prep methods, and coatings applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications is a plus.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Experience working with facility maintenance departments, commercial real estate firms, or general contractors.
- Familiarity with industrial coatings (epoxy, urethane, etc.) and safety standards (OSHA, SSPC).
- Proficiency with estimating software and CRM tools.
